Blowing-filling-capping combi-block is based on rich and successful experience of complete line projects ofASG Group, merging technology of rotary blowing, filling and capping, realizing continuous process of blowing.filling and capping through blowing process, filling process, capping equipment and intelligent integrationinnovation. This equipment is mainly composed of the following six systems : preform loading system, performuscrambler, preform heating system, blowing, filling, capping and electrical integration system.
Taking 36000 BPH(500ml) water line for example, compared to traditional split technology, it can save morethan 30% water, more than 15% electricity, more than 60% space, more than 20% equipment investment and morethan 15% operation cost for users.
The capacity range is 8000-45000 BPH for options.
